Senior Transfer Pricing Manager

About the role

Exactera is seeking a strategic leader to shape its Transfer Pricing practice. In this senior position you will set direction on the most complex engagements, act as the primary technical voice for clients, and develop the next generation of transfer pricing professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Define methodology, structure, and defensibility for high‑stakes, controversial engagements.
• Provide senior technical guidance on intangibles, financial transactions, restructurings, and planning discussions.
• Lead, mentor, and grow managers, building a strong bench of talent.
• Establish standards for platform use, AI integration, and judgment‑driven decision making.
• Influence the evolution of the practice by identifying automation opportunities and setting future performance bars.
• Handle escalations, technical disputes, and complex negotiations when needed.

Required profile

• 10+ years of transfer pricing experience with proven engagement leadership.
• Extensive people‑management experience at scale.
• Deep, demonstrated command of OECD Transfer Pricing principles.
• Hands‑on experience across documentation, planning, and execution of TP projects.
