Senior Recruiter – High‑Performance Talent Sourcing

About the role

Objective Recruiting is looking for a Senior Recruiter who thrives in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment. You will own the full recruiting cycle, focusing on outbound sourcing, candidate engagement, and closing high‑impact hires for Canada‑based roles.

Key responsibilities

• Headhunt and qualify passive candidates using advanced Boolean search, LinkedIn, and multi‑channel sourcing.
• Build structured talent maps across companies, roles, and adjacent talent pools.
• Execute highly personalized outreach, maintain candidate momentum, and manage follow‑ups across time zones.
• Conduct structured, recorded interviews aligned to hiring briefs and success criteria.
• Drive late‑stage processes such as reference checks, work‑sample reviews, and final negotiations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to remove friction and ensure a strong candidate and client experience.

Required profile

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in outbound/headhunting.
• Proven track record in passive candidate sourcing, outreach, structured interviews, and closing.
• Extreme ownership, relentless execution, and high communication standards.
• Professional remote setup: quiet workspace, high‑speed internet, quality camera and audio.
• Adaptability to a rapidly evolving startup environment.
