Senior Project Manager & Scrum Master

About the role

Software Mind is seeking a Senior Project Manager and Scrum Master to lead delivery of a private, tenant‑isolated AI assistant for the real‑estate title and settlement industry. You will work with a cross‑functional LATAM‑based team to ensure end‑to‑end governance, sprint cadence, and successful hand‑off of AI‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own delivery governance from kickoff through go/no‑go decisions and final hand‑off.
• Run 2‑week sprint ceremonies (planning, review, retro, daily) and maintain delivery rhythm.
• Maintain RAID log, milestone tracker, and risk register; proactively surface and escalate blockers.
• Coordinate between Software Mind delivery team and client stakeholders.
• Track scope, enforce boundaries, and initiate change‑management when needed.
• Prepare go/no‑go decision packs, including pilot accuracy reporting.
• Validate integration assumptions before implementation phases.
• Align team allocation with evolving complexity and delivery risk.

Required profile

• 90%+ written and spoken English (minimum B2 level).
• 6+ years of project or delivery management experience on software engineering engagements.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) with hands‑on Scrum/Kanban facilitation.
• Proven experience managing outcome‑based, milestone‑driven engagements.
• Strong client‑facing delivery experience, comfortable managing multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience with data‑governance, compliance, or regulated‑data projects.
