Senior Project Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to join our remote production team. You will support Account Managers by overseeing end‑to‑end content projects, managing timelines, tracking workflows, and ensuring high‑quality deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and support production workflows to deliver content projects on time.
• Deliver content assets to clients using platforms such as ClickUp, Asana, or Trello.
• Act as liaison between production roles, unblock teammates, and escalate issues.
• Create weekly internal and external production reports for assigned projects.
• Participate in internal syncs and daily huddles to maintain clear communication.
• Prepare meeting agendas, recap next steps, and attend client calls when needed.
• Review client deliverables (presentations, visual assets, uploads) for quality assurance.
• Provide feedback to improve quality and reduce timeline back‑and‑forth.
• Assign and delegate tasks to team members.
• Create training materials and conduct training sessions.

Required profile

• Strong remote‑based project and task management abilities.
• Capacity to handle multiple projects with differing objectives simultaneously.
• Excellent written communication and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Eager to learn, growth‑mindset, and comfortable adopting new technologies.
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain high attention to detail.
• High energy, curiosity, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective interpersonal skills to build productive relationships.
• Well‑organized schedule and ability to work within the Atlantic or Eastern Time Zone.

What we offer

• Base pay range: $34,000 – $54,000 CAD per year.
• Fully remote work environment.
