Senior Marketing Designer – Visual Identity & Design Lead

About the role

Arionkoder, an AI consulting firm, is seeking a Senior Marketing Designer to shape and own the visual identity of the company and its product portfolio. You will create brand systems from the ground up and ensure consistent, high‑impact design across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop brand identities, including logos, guidelines, visual systems, and identity packages.
• Design social‑media assets such as posts, stories, carousels, reels, and video content.
• Edit and produce videos using CapCut, incorporating archive material, AI‑generated content, stock footage, and interviews.
• Create and update sales decks, proposals, internal presentations, and event materials on demand.
• Own the visual design of the Arionkoder website built in Framer.
• Build reusable design systems and AI‑powered design infrastructure (Claude, Canva, CapCut templates) for consistent launches.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in marketing design, brand design, or visual communication.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity, social media, video, and presentation work.
• Highly autonomous, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple formats and stakeholders.
