Senior IT Administrator

About the role

Svitla Systems Inc. seeks a Senior IT Administrator to maintain, optimize, and secure the IT infrastructure of a leading GovTech company offering a cloud‑based ERP solution. You will ensure high availability, operational stability, and efficient support across virtualized environments, Windows systems, Microsoft 365 services, and end‑user devices.

Key responsibilities

• Provision, configure, and maintain virtual machines on VMware, Hyper‑V, Azure, and related platforms.
• Manage host servers, storage, VM networking, snapshots, and resource optimization.
• Monitor system performance, capacity, and health; implement patching and lifecycle management.
• Administer Windows Server environments, including AD DS, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Maintain Windows 10/11 workstation standards, imaging, deployment, and configuration baselines.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Azure AD, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune) and enforce security policies.
• Provide Tier 2‑3 support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices, including remote troubleshooting.
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues (LAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN) and support software installations and updates.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and system changes in ITSM tools.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Windows Server administration and Active Directory.
• Hands‑on experience provisioning and managing virtual machines.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 administration and cloud identity management.
• Proficiency with remote support tools and troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
