Senior Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a senior growth marketing specialist to shape the digital presence of a fast‑growing sales‑operations consultancy. You will own the full marketing lifecycle, from website redesign to sophisticated HubSpot automation, driving measurable growth for owner‑led businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the redesign and ongoing management of the company website to reflect a premium brand identity.
• Architect and manage end‑to‑end HubSpot workflows for lead generation and nurturing.
• Develop and execute comprehensive email strategies for prospects and existing clients.
• Create and implement a consistent social media strategy targeting decision‑makers in the $2M–$50M revenue segment.
• Launch integrated marketing campaigns aligned with consulting playbooks and sales‑optimization services.
• Monitor and report on marketing KPIs, iterating strategies based on data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in B2B growth marketing.
• Native or bilingual English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Ability to work EST hours with flexible overlap as an offshore team member.

Required skills

• Deep, hands‑on experience with HubSpot marketing automation.
• Proven ability to design, build, and optimise professional business websites.
• Mastery of email marketing, including segmentation, copywriting and campaign analysis.
• Experience creating brand voice and translating it into social media and email content.
