Senior Graphic Designer – Marketing & AI‑Powered Creative

About the role

Superside is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer who will lead the creation of high‑performing marketing visuals. The role blends strong design craft with AI‑enhanced workflows to produce paid‑social ads, campaign assets, landing pages and brand initiatives for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver high‑impact creative for paid social, digital campaigns, landing pages and other marketing touchpoints.
• Leverage AI image‑generation and other AI tools to generate, refine and scale concepts while maintaining design quality.
• Build repeatable AI‑driven workflows that improve speed, consistency and output.
• Develop multiple creative variations to test messaging, formats and audience segments.
• Translate customer insights and campaign goals into compelling visual concepts.
• Use performance data (CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate) to optimise creative.
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketers and creative teams to bring ideas to life.
• Contribute to the evolution of Superside’s visual identity and share AI best practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, advertising or brand design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing paid‑social or performance‑focused creative.
• Hands‑on experience with AI image‑generation tools in a professional workflow.
• Understanding of performance‑marketing metrics and testing methodologies.
• Ability to work from lean briefs, iterate quickly and self‑direct.
• Collaborative, low‑ego communication style.
