Senior Genesys Cloud Engineer

About the role

Miratec is seeking a Senior Genesys Cloud Engineer to design, integrate, support, and optimise contact‑center solutions for global clients. The role works closely with the Spanish team during their business hours and requires fluency in both Spanish and English.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure and maintain Genesys Cloud CX solutions, including IVR, ACD, queues, bots and omnichannel interactions.
• Configure routing, skills, schedules and routing rules, and develop integrations using Genesys Cloud Platform APIs, webhooks and Data Actions.
• Implement outbound dialing campaigns (Predictive, Progressive, Preview) and manage recording, quality and analytics configurations.
• Provide Level 2/3 technical support for incidents and service requests while collaborating with technical and business teams.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience with Genesys Cloud CX design and implementation.
• Fluent in English (B2+) and Spanish (C1+).
• Hands‑on experience with Genesys Cloud Architect, Platform APIs, Data Actions and outbound dialing.
