Senior Front-End Engineer – Text Analytics

About the role

Medallia is looking for a Senior Front‑End Engineer to join its Text Analytics team. You will help shape the user experience of the Medallia Experience Cloud by building performant, accessible web applications that serve customers, employees and other stakeholders worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop responsive, accessible web interfaces using modern HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Lead front‑end architectural decisions and define technical strategy for the Text Analytics product.
• Mentor junior and mid‑level engineers through code reviews, pairing and guidance.
• Ship scalable, robust software and maintain its reliability through on‑call rotations.
• Design and drive the technical roadmap, prioritising work and influencing cross‑team architecture.
• Collaborate with other engineering squads to ensure smooth product deliveries and uninterrupted service.
• Identify gaps in tools, processes or knowledge and work with managers to address them.
• Promote best practices, build tooling and share knowledge across the organisation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional front‑end software engineering experience.
• Strong track record of delivering high‑quality web applications in an agile environment.
• Experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction.
• Willingness to participate in a scheduled on‑call rotation.
• Based in or near Buenos Aires, Argentina (hybrid role, three days onsite per week).
