Senior Designer – Remote (Buenos Aires)

About the role

DEPT® is looking for a Senior Designer to join its Global Studios team. Working remotely from Buenos Aires, you will create emotive, conversion‑focused digital communications for some of the world’s most recognised brands.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor and oversee Junior and Midweight Designers.
• Translate client and peer feedback into polished design solutions.
• Manage projects from brief to final delivery, ensuring on‑time, high‑quality output.
• Source images and execute art‑working, including generative AI image prompting.
• Design responsive emails, static ads, landing pages, and paid‑social storyboards.
• Maintain and create new onsite marketing templates and weekly newsletter visuals.
• Research competitors and stay current with design and marketing trends.
• Provide constructive feedback, protect brand integrity, and contribute innovative ideas in creative reviews.
• Represent DEPT® as an employer of choice during interview processes.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of digital design experience in an agency environment.
• Proven track record across brand, direct‑response, and above‑the‑line creative work.
• Strong client‑facing skills and ability to pitch ideas.
• Excellent eye for layout, typesetting, and retouching.
