Senior Design Engineer

About the role

We are a fast‑scaling B2B SaaS company building a world‑class engineering team in Manhattan and Buenos Aires. As a Senior Design Engineer you will bridge design and engineering, delivering polished, production‑quality user interfaces for our AI‑focused platform and occasional marketing experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Build and ship high‑fidelity UI components across the core product using React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with product designers, managers and engineers to translate design intent into pixel‑perfect implementations.
• Maintain and enhance shared UI foundations, including component libraries, design tokens and patterns.
• Contribute to the marketing site and logged‑out experiences while upholding the same quality standards.
• Optimize interfaces for performance, accessibility, responsiveness and maintainability.
• Raise frontend craftsmanship through code reviews, critiques and shared standards.

Required profile

• Strong experience delivering production‑grade front‑end applications with React, Next.js and TypeScript.
• Exceptional CSS skills and a proven ability to create pixel‑perfect, resilient UIs.
• Eye for design and interaction, able to defend and implement high‑quality visual solutions.
• Comfortable owning work end‑to‑end, from early exploration to shipped code.
• Portfolio demonstrating high‑craft frontend or design‑engineering work.
• Thrives in a fast‑moving startup environment that values speed, iteration and quality.
