Senior Data Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our growing data and analytics team. You will transform trusted data into actionable insights that support strategic business decisions, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and reporting requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models.
• Prepare, transform, and model data using Microsoft Fabric and related technologies.
• Partner with stakeholders to provide insights and support data‑driven decision‑making.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance standards are followed.
• Perform testing and validation of data models, reports, and analytics solutions.
• Create and maintain technical and functional documentation.
• Support self‑service analytics adoption across the organization.
• Collaborate within Agile teams and participate in Scrum ceremonies.
• Drive continuous improvement and contribute to the evolution of the data platform.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst delivering reporting and analytics solutions.
• Strong expertise with Power BI.
• Experience working with Microsoft Fabric or similar data‑integration platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum ceremonies.
