Senior B2B Sales Manager – Mobile & Telecom

About the role

The Senior B2B Sales Manager will lead Assurant’s mobile business sales across key telecom accounts. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, launching new products, and driving cross‑selling opportunities in digital, B2B, and retail channels.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with major telecom clients.
• Develop and monitor business plans, ensuring compliance and profitability.
• Coordinate internal and external teams to launch new products and meet release dates.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities and negotiate contract renewals and repricings.
• Manage the sales and incentive budget for all channels, including own stores, agents, and tele‑sales.
• Oversee the Trade‑In business with Motorola and retail partners.
• Provide regular reports on project progress, business plan execution, and profitability.
• Represent Assurant at industry events to uncover new business opportunities.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Corporate Sales Executive or middle‑management role in mobile/retail OEMs (e.g., Samsung, LG, Motorola, Lenovo).
• University degree in Economics, Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to discuss P&L, cost of operations and deal economics.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both internal and external.
• Advanced English proficiency.
