Senior Associate - Treasury Cash & Bank Management

About the role

EY Assurance FAAS is recruiting a Senior Associate for its Treasury cash and bank management function in CABA. The role covers daily cash monitoring, bank account administration, bank portal management, reconciliations and cash reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Cash and liquidity management: monitor daily cash positions, prepare cash flow forecasts, coordinate internal fund transfers and reduce idle balances.
• Bank account administration: open, close and maintain corporate accounts, keep records, signatories and mandates up to date, and liaise with banking partners.
• Bank portal management: administer online banking platforms, manage user access and security, troubleshoot issues and implement secure practices.
• Bank reconciliation: reconcile bank transactions, investigate discrepancies and support audit requests.
• Cash reporting: prepare daily, weekly and monthly cash reports and report cash positions to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in treasury, banking operations or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of bank account management, cash flow forecasting and reconciliation.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with external banking partners and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in banking platforms and treasury management systems (TMS).
• Analytical skills with attention to detail.
