Operations and Reporting Analyst, Risk and Compliance

About the role

EY's Enterprise Technology Risk & Compliance (ETRC) team is hiring an Operations and Reporting Analyst (Supervising Associate) in Buenos Aires. Reporting to the Risk & Controls Governance Lead, the role supports the operational management, reporting, administration and tooling of the Risk & Controls Governance function, acting as a central point of coordination for governance operations, reporting, data management, audit administration and platform support.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain governance records, control and audit dashboards, and recurring leadership reports, governance updates and management presentations
• Monitor, consolidate and report KPIs and KRIs, and track audit observations, management actions and remediation
• Develop ad hoc reports, analytical outputs and trend analysis
• Maintain governance calendars, intake processes and audit evidence repositories
• Administer governance tools such as the RACM platform, SharePoint sites, document libraries, Planner boards and Teams channels
• Coordinate vendor administration (SOWs, renewals, third-party engagements) and support budget administration and financial reporting for the Governance function

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Management, Data Analytics, Accounting, Risk Management or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in reporting, governance operations, compliance administration, audit coordination, PMO support or a related field
• Experience developing management reporting, dashboards and KPI/KRI metrics, and maintaining governance records and compliance documentation
• Experience supporting audits, governance programs or compliance initiatives

Required skills

• Experience administering SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Planner and Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms
• Preferred: Power BI, ServiceNow, workflow platforms or governance tools
• Strong data analysis, reporting, project coordination, stakeholder management and written communication skills
