About the role

Join PwC's Acceleration Center in Buenos Aires as a Tax Innovation Delivery Experience Senior Analyst. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing the tax practice’s project portfolio, ensuring strategic outcomes for a diverse client base across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

Oversee project selection, prioritisation and resource allocation to drive business outcomes.
Coordinate multiple projects to ensure delivery within budget and timeline.
Manage teams and stakeholders using strong organisational and communication skills.
Build meaningful client connections and develop leadership capabilities.
Navigate complex situations, anticipate needs and uphold professional standards.

Required profile

At least a Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Fluent oral and written English.
Ability to work in ambiguous environments and deliver quality results.

Required skills

Project management and resource allocation.
Data interpretation to generate insights and recommendations.
Use of a broad range of tools and methodologies for problem‑solving.
