Senior Account Executive

About the role

We are seeking a driven Senior Account Executive to expand our impact in the enterprise SaaS and fintech markets across Latin America. Reporting to the COO, you will close large, complex deals, manage high‑value client relationships and collaborate with Revenue, Product and Customer Success teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with C‑level executives, especially within the financial ecosystem in LatAm.
• Lead full‑cycle sales for large deals ($500K+), navigating multi‑stakeholder environments from discovery to negotiation and close.
• Identify and develop new enterprise opportunities, aligning product capabilities with market needs.
• Contribute to scalable sales processes, go‑to‑market strategies and sales playbooks.
• Partner with Product, Marketing and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and a superior client experience.
• Track and report key sales metrics, pipeline health and forecast to support data‑driven decisions.

Required profile

• 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in SaaS or fintech.
• Proven track record of closing deals of $500K+ and exceeding quotas.
• Strong understanding of credit, lending or financial infrastructure.
• Fluent in Spanish and English at an executive level.
• Experience selling to large enterprises or financial institutions in Latin America.
• Demonstrated consultative selling and C‑level engagement skills.
• Highly organized with a results‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
