About the role
We are seeking a Senior Account Executive with deep expertise in the Amazon ecosystem to join our fully remote team serving Latin America. You will act as a trusted advisor to ecommerce brands, diagnosing growth bottlenecks and delivering tailored solutions that drive measurable results.
Key responsibilities
- Lead 30–45 minute discovery calls with qualified Amazon brands, from emerging sellers to multi‑million‑dollar accounts.
- Identify operational and growth pain points across PPC, account health, DSP, catalog management, and supply chain.
- Conduct structured Amazon account audits and present findings via video walkthroughs.
- Build and deliver ROI‑focused proposals, handle objections, and move prospects toward close.
- Nurture warm leads, draft agreements using sales templates, and ensure smooth onboarding during the first 60 days.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates at all times.
- Collaborate closely with delivery teams for seamless client handoff.
Required profile
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience within the Amazon ecosystem.
- Proven track record closing deals in a consultative sales environment.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to build trust quickly with high‑level ecommerce decision‑makers.
- Strong CRM discipline and comfort working in a fast‑moving remote setting.
