Sales Support Manager II

About the role

As a Sales Support Manager II you will work within the Trading Services team to capture and reconcile trading transactions, ensure robust controls and support operational efficiency across the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately capture all transactions in the Risk Management Systems and perform intraday and end‑of‑day reconciliation checks.
• Work closely with Operations, Finance, Market Risk, Credit Risk, Legal and Collateral teams to adopt a “one‑team” approach.
• Execute and sign‑off on all required controls in a timely manner.
• Communicate clearly with support teams to resolve queries efficiently.
• Participate in strategic initiatives, continuously improving processes and business architecture.
• Develop an in‑depth understanding of trading structures from both financial and operational perspectives.

• Analytical, numerical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Project management and control experience.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency (VBA is a plus).
