Sales Enablement & Onboarding Specialist

About the role

Jeeves is looking for a Sales Enablement & Onboarding Specialist to design, implement, and scale programs that accelerate the productivity of its global revenue organization. You will work closely with Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to create structured onboarding journeys and ongoing training that help sellers win in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Own the onboarding experience for new sales hires (SDRs, AEs, and other GTM roles) from day one through full ramp.
• Design and deliver regular sales trainings covering product knowledge, processes, messaging, and sales methodology.
• Create and maintain core enablement assets such as playbooks, decks, battlecards, and scripts.
• Partner with Product and Marketing to enable new product launches and updates.
• Run continuous enablement programs to reinforce skills and knowledge.
• Track onboarding and enablement effectiveness (ramp time, readiness, adoption) and iterate based on data.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or sales operations.
• Proven track record of building and running sales onboarding programs.
• Strong communication and facilitation abilities.
• Experience working cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
