Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Remote

About the role

Join Torre.ai as a Sales Development Representative to accelerate the growth of Agor, an AI orchestration platform. You will be the first growth hire, shaping the market for autonomous agents and owning the full top‑of‑funnel for this early‑stage SaaS product.

Key responsibilities

• Own the top of the funnel: build and research target lists around a sharp ICP.
• Run personalized multichannel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, etc.) without spray‑and‑pray tactics.
• Combine inbound marketing leads with outbound outreach to generate qualified meetings.
• Book and qualify meetings, test messaging, and provide feedback to the product roadmap.
• Maintain a clean CRM, track performance, and surface insights for the team.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an SDR or BDR, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Fluent English and comfortable working in US time zones (LATAM‑based candidates are ideal).
• Self‑starter who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys experimenting.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and the future of work.
• Bonus: experience selling technical or developer‑focused products.
