Sales Development Representative – Lead Generation (Remote)

About the role

Plus8soft is looking for a full‑time Sales Development Representative to drive global growth by connecting US tech companies with elite engineering talent. The role is fully remote, based in Argentina, and requires daily overlap with US Pacific Time.

Key responsibilities

• Run high‑volume outbound prospecting via email and LinkedIn targeting US‑based accounts.
• Write and send cold‑email sequences to decision‑makers.
• Conduct targeted LinkedIn outreach and social selling.
• Generate and qualify leads to maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Book qualified appointments and hand them off to the sales team.
• Leverage automation and AI tools to scale outreach while preserving quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or appointment setting for the US market.
• Experience selling IT outsourcing, software development services, or engineering staff augmentation is a strong advantage.
• Strong cold‑email and LinkedIn outreach skills with comfort in high‑cadence activity.
• Fluent verbal and written English.
• Willingness to work at least 4 hours overlapping with PST.
