About the role
Jeeves is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to help expand its presence in the LATAM market. This remote, full‑time position focuses on generating qualified prospects and closing high‑value clients for our financial operating system.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients across Latin America who could benefit from Jeeves’ corporate card, cross‑border payments, and spend‑management platform.
- Generate a steady pipeline of high‑quality leads using AI tools, email, WhatsApp, cold calls, events, and channel partners.
- Conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, social media) with personalized messaging to set up introductory meetings.
- Qualify leads using BANT criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline) and assess fit with Jeeves’ solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system and track lead progression through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and other sales team members to ensure smooth hand‑off and deal closure.
Required profile
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Experience in B2B sales targeting businesses in Latin America.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, hunter‑mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
