Sales Development Representative

About the role

Caylent, an AI‑first cloud services company, is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join its growing sales team. You will work remotely, supporting both inside and field sales by launching outbound campaigns and generating new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new potential clients using curated lists and campaigns.
• Run demand‑generation activities in collaboration with the sales team.
• Initiate contact with prospects via email and LinkedIn.
• Schedule high‑quality meetings for Account Executives and Inside Sales Representatives.
• Attend scheduled meetings, take detailed notes, and share insights with the sales team.
• Follow up with interested prospects who have not yet purchased.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Strong work ethic, self‑drive, and ability to stay positive under rejection.
• Excellent problem‑solving, organizational, and time‑management abilities.
• Attention to detail and active‑listening skills.
• Experience collaborating with internal and cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• AWS (Amazon Web Services) familiarity.
