Sales Development Representative

About the role

Giftsenda is seeking a tech‑savvy Sales Development Representative to design, build, and execute data‑driven outbound prospecting and ABM campaigns. You will focus on generating pipeline and, as you grow, own the full sales cycle from discovery to closing in a remote, fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Outbound pipeline generation: source and enrich leads, orchestrate data, and launch multi‑channel campaigns (cold email, LinkedIn, phone) while managing deliverability.
• Cold calling and phone prospecting to secure discovery calls and handle objections.
• Full‑cycle sales: conduct discovery calls, deliver platform demos, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
• Account care: support onboarding, ensure platform adoption, drive early campaign success, and contribute to retention.
• Feedback loop: collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and improve the outbound playbook.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of outbound software or B2B sales experience.
• Proven ability to generate leads and manage high‑volume outreach.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote, fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and objection‑handling skills.
