About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join Qencode’s global team. In this remote position you will be the first point of contact for prospects, turning interest into qualified conversations that feed our sales pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Follow up on leads generated from trade shows, events and inbound sign‑ups and schedule meetings.
- Conduct outbound prospecting to engineering, product and video‑streaming leaders at companies that handle large volumes of video.
- Research target accounts and tailor outreach based on each prospect’s technology stack and use case.
- Qualify opportunities and book product demos for account executives and founders.
- Maintain a clean CRM, keep the pipeline organized and share successful tactics with the team.
Required profile
- 2–4 years of sales experience, including internships or agency roles.
- Familiarity with sales CRM and automation tools such as HubSpot.
- Detail‑oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Curious, growth‑mindset and quick learner.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑moving startup environment.
Required skills
- HubSpot (or comparable CRM platform)
