About the role

We are a growing roofing company in New Jersey seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative to boost our lead generation efforts. The role focuses on handling inbound inquiries, qualifying prospects, and moving them through our sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer inbound leads from Facebook, website and other sources.
  • Follow up promptly, qualify prospects and schedule appointments.
  • Maintain and update the CRM pipeline, moving leads through each stage.
  • Take detailed notes on interactions and flag necessary follow‑ups.

Required profile

  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Proven experience in calling, appointment setting or similar outbound outreach.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and persistent follow‑up.
  • Organised, self‑motivated and strong at note‑taking.

Required skills

  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel CRM (preferred).
