Sales Analyst (Remote, US Time Zones)

About the role

StaffRight is looking for a Sales Analyst to join its growing team. You will work remotely from the Philippines while supporting US‑based sales operations, translating historical performance and market trends into accurate demand and inventory plans.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts across multiple territories and channels.
• Monitor inventory health and recommend planning decisions to optimize stock levels.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking tools for business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and supply‑chain teams to align demand plans with business goals.
• Analyze large datasets and turn insights into actionable business recommendations.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in demand, inventory, or sales planning.
• Strong background in forecasting, inventory analysis, and performance reporting.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience working with e‑commerce, wholesale, retail or marketplace sales channels.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and cross‑functional communication.
• Available to work US time zones (graveyard shift) and start within two weeks.
