RevOps Analyst – Hybrid (3 days onsite)

About the role

RevBlack is looking for a RevOps Analyst to help clients accelerate revenue growth by implementing and optimizing CRM solutions. You will work in a fast‑paced SaaS and B2B environment, using HubSpot and Salesforce to streamline processes and deliver data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and manage CRM platforms that drive measurable revenue increases.
• Optimize sales, marketing, and customer‑success workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain data integrity across HubSpot and Salesforce for accurate reporting.
• Analyze operational data and provide strategic recommendations to enhance client performance.

Required profile

• Experience or strong interest in RevOps, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or CRM administration.
• Deep understanding of sales, marketing, and customer‑success processes.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Business acumen in SaaS and B2B environments.
• Adaptability to a dynamic, fast‑moving work setting.
