Revenue Growth Manager – LATAM

About the role

Reap is a global fintech company building stablecoin‑enabled finance solutions. We are looking for a Revenue Growth Manager to lead commercial expansion across Latin America, focusing on Mexico. You will own the full customer journey, from onboarding to long‑term growth, and have the autonomy to test new ideas and shape our market strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Drive spending across key accounts through cross‑selling, retention, and expansion.
• Deepen wallet share and reduce churn with proactive relationship management.
• Act as the commercial point of contact, selling consultatively and identifying new business opportunities.
• Manage the full client lifecycle: onboarding, retention, growth, and renewal.
• Lead business reviews and performance check‑ins backed by data and product insights.
• Analyze client usage with Metabase, SQL, or CRM dashboards to uncover revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Support, Ops, and Compliance to execute client requests.
• Stay informed on Web2 and Web3 trends to bring client‑led innovation.
• Help build a scalable growth playbook with the broader team.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of proven success in sales, growth, or client success roles within API‑driven platforms, payments, or card issuance.
• Track record of owning and beating revenue targets in B2B or SaaS environments.
• Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and a consultative selling style.
• Fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities for business reviews and proposals.
• Comfortable in a fast‑moving, scrappy startup setting.
