Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a cheerful attitude and take orders.
• Prepare menu items accurately and efficiently, following recipes and portion formulas.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and temperature checks throughout the shift.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, handle cash, and process payments.
• Restock supplies, clean work areas, and follow the restaurant’s cleaning schedule.
• Perform suggestive selling and answer guest questions about the menu.
• Secure cash and inventory, and follow security procedures.
