Remote Sales Operations Coordinator – Latin America

About the role

We are a fast‑growing U.S. healthcare education company seeking a Remote Sales Operations Coordinator to support our sales process across Latin America. This full‑time position focuses on lead coordination, appointment management, and operational support, ensuring prospective clients receive a smooth, high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Call newly booked leads to confirm consultation appointments and ask standardized pre‑qualification questions.
• Follow up with unconfirmed leads via phone, SMS, and email, and reschedule or cancel appointments as needed.
• Serve as the front‑line contact for inbound sales‑related texts and emails, answering basic questions and guiding leads through the process.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, track lead statuses, and keep calendars organized.
• Follow SOPs consistently, escalating complex or sensitive situations appropriately.

Required profile

• Highly organized, emotionally intelligent, and proactive with strong judgment.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Experience in client‑facing administrative, coordination, customer support, or sales support roles.
• Comfortable making frequent phone calls and managing calendars or appointment scheduling.
• Detail‑oriented, reliable, and able to follow systems and SOPs consistently.
