About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Remote Project Manager to support a variety of technology projects. You will collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful delivery, keeping projects on schedule and within scope.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and monitor project progress, providing guidance to team members.
• Coordinate processes and maintain quality standards.
• Foster effective communication within teams and identify growth opportunities.
• Track project performance and manage budgets.
• Work with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
• Support technology implementation initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in project management or a related field.
• Understanding of project management methodologies and Agile practices.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficient English, both written and spoken.
