Remote Business Development Specialist – Clinical Trials

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Business Development Specialist to expand our clinical trials network. This fully remote position offers part‑time or full‑time flexibility and focuses on building relationships with medical practices, hospitals and research centres.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients in the clinical research ecosystem.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers at medical institutions.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive network growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging clinical trial opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development within clinical research.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
