About the role

Habtemariam Law Injury Lawyers is expanding its personal injury practice and seeks a remote lawyer who is fluent in both English and Spanish. The role involves supporting attorneys, managing client communications, and handling various legal administrative tasks from a home‑based office.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct new client intake interviews and open client files.
• Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers.
• Draft demand letters and assist in litigation preparation.
• File and verify balances, prepare accounting entries, and process faxes and emails.
• Order, organize, and review medical records and bills.
• Support attorneys with case research and other legal matters.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
