About the role

Habtemariam Law Injury Lawyers is expanding its personal injury practice and seeks a remote lawyer who is fluent in both English and Spanish. The role involves supporting attorneys, managing client communications, and handling various legal administrative tasks from a home‑based office.

Key responsibilities

Conduct new client intake interviews and open client files.
Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers.
Draft demand letters and assist in litigation preparation.
File and verify balances, prepare accounting entries, and process faxes and emails.
Order, organize, and review medical records and bills.
Support attorneys with case research and other legal matters.

Required profile

Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
