About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant to support a family‑law practice remotely. The role involves coordinating daily operations, managing communications, and ensuring that legal documents and case information are organized and accessible.
Key responsibilities
- Manage attorneys' calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare, format, and organize legal documents.
- Maintain secure file storage using Dropbox or similar platforms.
- Use MyCase (or comparable tools) for basic case tracking and document management.
- Handle email correspondence with clients, attorneys, and external parties.
- Track deadlines and tasks to ensure timely completion of administrative deliverables.
- Support general office functions such as data entry, record keeping, and workflow coordination.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and adhere to legal and ethical standards.
Required profile
- At least 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in a U.S.‑based law firm or professional services environment.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, remote setting.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

- Dropbox (or comparable cloud‑storage solution)
What we offer
- Fully remote work with a preferred location in Latin America.
- Working hours: 9 am – 5 pm EST, aligned with U.S. Federal holidays.
- Monthly salary range: USD 900 – USD 1,200.
