Recruiter (Remote, Independent Contractor)

About the role

Shapely is seeking a remote Recruiter to own full‑cycle recruiting for both U.S. healthcare talent and global corporate positions. You will partner with hiring managers and the HR team to design and execute effective hiring strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for healthcare roles (Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, Dietitians) and corporate functions such as Marketing, Finance, Tech, and Operations.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, track recruiting metrics, and report on TA KPIs in partnership with the HR Manager.
• Enhance candidate experience and contribute to employer branding through job descriptions and outreach messaging.
• Lead special projects to improve the talent function and support the company’s rapid growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, including proven success recruiting for the U.S. market.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strategic, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑moving startup environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting analytics tools.
