Quality Analyst – AI Data Annotation & LLM Fine‑tuning

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Analyst to help fine‑tune large language models such as ChatGPT. You will use strong analytical and English comprehension skills to break down complex content, validate claims through online research, and provide detailed feedback that improves model performance. Key responsibilities

• Answer analytical questions and create training scenarios for LLMs.
• Provide correct answers and explanations to help models learn from mistakes.
• Research and validate factual claims in content using online sources.
• Annotate and review large text datasets, ensuring accuracy and proper formatting.
• Collaborate with the AI team to refine annotation guidelines and feedback loops.

Required profile

• High proficiency in reading and writing English.
• Strong research, analytical, and logical reasoning abilities.
• Ability to give constructive feedback and detailed annotations.
• Creative and lateral thinking, with excellent communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Statistics, etc.).
• 2+ years experience in quality assurance, data annotation, or content review.
• Attention to detail, especially with text accuracy and formatting.
