Project Manager / Senior Project Manager – Oncology

About the role

Ergomed is seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead complex oncology and rare‑disease clinical trials. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while acting as the primary liaison between sponsors, internal teams, and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver projects on schedule, within scope and budget, adhering to Ergomed and sponsor quality standards.
• Coordinate project team activities, provide training, and allocate tasks appropriately.
• Develop, review, and maintain detailed project plans aligned with milestones and goals.
• Organise and facilitate study‑related meetings throughout the project lifecycle (initiation, execution, closure).
• Serve as the main point of contact for sponsors and senior management on project status.
• Represent Ergomed at external meetings, including scientific, medical, and regulatory committees (e.g., EC/IRB).
• Review and update SOPs to ensure regulatory compliance and develop related training programs.
• Support bid defense activities and contribute to proposal development.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager on international clinical trials within a CRO environment.
• Strong knowledge of oncology and rare‑disease therapeutic areas.
• Experience selecting and managing external service providers.
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in a science‑related discipline.
