About the role

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of key initiatives. The role blends financial oversight, stakeholder alignment, and cross‑functional coordination in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from initiation to closure, ensuring scope, timeline, and business objectives are met.
• Develop and maintain project plans, track risks, dependencies, and milestones across multiple teams.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, drive accountability, and remove obstacles to keep programs on schedule.
• Utilize Excel, ChatGPT, and Claude for planning, reporting, and decision support.
• Monitor project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Communicate status, risks, and mitigation plans clearly to all stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase delivery efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex projects or programs.
• Strong financial acumen with hands‑on budgeting and performance tracking.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, ambiguous environments.

Required skills
