Production Designer

About the role

Join our creative team as a Production Designer. You will work closely with Art Directors and clients to ensure every visual asset meets the highest quality standards across both digital and print channels.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Creative and Design Directors to develop impactful visuals.
• Receive handoffs from Art Directors and finalize emails, direct‑mail packages, banners, image assets and mock‑ups.
• Maintain brand consistency while proposing new visual styles.
• Translate business strategy into effective visual solutions.
• Adapt, retouch and scale assets for digital and print formats.
• Prepare design presentations for internal executives and external events.
• Mentor junior designers and manage multiple projects with Project Managers.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering pixel‑perfect work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and handle several projects simultaneously.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• After Effects (desirable).
• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Advanced photo‑retouching techniques.
• Fluency with Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Slides, Sheets).
