Product Designer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Product Designer to join DevUps remotely. You will own the end‑to‑end design process, turning research insights into intuitive digital experiences that align with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops, synthesize user research, and define design problems.
• Create user flows, wireframes, high‑fidelity prototypes, and interactive mock‑ups.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers throughout the development cycle.
• Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate designs.
• Maintain and evolve the company design system.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional product‑design experience.
• Strong portfolio that showcases the full design lifecycle.
• Conversational English and ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Required skills

• Figma (design and prototyping)
• Miro or FigJam for workshops
• User research and usability testing tools (e.g., Maze, UserTesting)
• Interaction design and design‑system management
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (optional)
