Order to Cash Billing Junior Analyst

About the role

The Billing Junior reports to the Billing Team Lead or Supervisor and performs daily billing tasks so that all customer invoices are processed accurately and efficiently. The role focuses on generating invoices on time and learning the processes and systems used in the Business Service Center.

Key responsibilities

• Generate customer invoices in a timely and accurate way, based on services rendered or products delivered
• Help ensure all invoices are processed correctly and efficiently
• Collaborate with sales and operations to obtain the information needed for billing
• Follow company policies and invoicing and accounting standards
• Maintain accurate records and files for each invoice
• Take part in training sessions to learn new processes, systems and tools
• Work with colleagues to meet daily goals and help other departments with billing questions

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a business-related field
• Experience in accounting, accounts receivable or billing is a plus but not required
• Strong English; Spanish is mandatory

Required skills

• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle is preferred
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office or Google Suite
• Attention to detail, accuracy, strong organization and teamwork
