Intercompany Junior Analyst

About the role

The Intercompany Junior Analyst reports directly to the Intercompany Team Lead or Supervisor and supports the day-to-day intercompany operations of the organization, covering accounts receivable, accounts payable, accounting and reporting. The role offers hands-on experience alongside experienced professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to achieving the Intercompany Team metrics and comply with company policies and values.
• Enter AR and AP intercompany financial transactions accurately into the ERP.
• Answer intercompany inquiries in a customer-experience-focused way.
• Receive, review and post journal entries from local teams and other BSC towers, and analyze account reconciliations.
• Maintain organized, up-to-date financial records and documentation.
• Prepare and update desktop procedures at least twice a year, and maintain an activity capacity file listing tasks and time spent.
• Keep communication smooth with team members and stakeholders, and spot improvement opportunities for new projects.

Required profile

• Student in the 3rd or 4th year, majoring in Public Accounting, Business Administration or a similar field.
• Intermediate to advanced English; Spanish is mandatory.
