Operations Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead client operations and service delivery for multiple accounts in a fast‑growing, remote environment. The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on execution, ensuring scalable processes and high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee client operations and service delivery across several accounts.
• Manage, mentor and hold accountable team leads and managers.
• Design, refine and enforce scalable systems, processes and workflows.
• Identify operational gaps early and implement proactive solutions.
• Drive continuous process improvement and efficiency across teams.
• Maintain high standards of client satisfaction and internal alignment.
• Act as primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Step into day‑to‑day operations oversight during scaling phases.
• Provide structure and clarity in a fast‑moving, startup‑like environment.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in operations or service delivery leadership.
• Track record of managing managers or team leads.
• Strong systems‑ and process‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to create structure, accountability and operational clarity.
• Proactive in spotting inefficiencies and improving workflows.
• Comfortable working under high pressure and rapid change.
• Excellent client‑facing and internal communication skills.
• Background in BPO, SaaS operations, implementation or customer operations.
