Operations Manager

About the role

MPay, a fast‑growing fintech in Argentina, is looking for an Operations Manager to lead and scale its local operations. You will work hands‑on to build efficient processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain strong relationships with banks and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations including payments, compliance, internal workflows, and customer support.
• Design and improve operational processes for scalability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the MLRO and legal team to guarantee regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with banks, payment providers, and vendors to ensure business continuity.
• Support product, tech, and commercial teams to align execution across departments.
• Track operational KPIs and prepare strategic reports for leadership.
• Maintain a high‑quality customer experience across all channels.
• Provide local market insight to drive MPay’s growth in Argentina and beyond.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in operations within fintech, banking, payments, or digital financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Argentine regulatory environment for PSPs and fintech operations.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Fluent in Spanish; English proficiency is a plus.
