Onboarding Specialist

About the role

LegitFit is looking for a proactive Onboarding Specialist to support customers across the Americas (and occasionally Europe). The role acts as a trusted advisor, guiding new clients through implementation, adoption and early‑stage success of the fitness management platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end onboarding, ensuring rapid time‑to‑value and successful go‑live.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholder groups, understanding their workflows and goals.
• Monitor onboarding health metrics, identify risk or expansion opportunities, and develop retention strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact from sales hand‑over through implementation, coordinating with product, engineering and support teams.
• Provide customer feedback to internal teams to influence product improvements.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve issues and deliver tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate records, health scores and engagement notes in HubSpot CRM.
• Contribute to enablement assets such as guides, webinars and documentation.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1 level or higher) to communicate with a global client base.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer success or onboarding within a SaaS environment.
• Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and problem‑solving skills.
• Technical aptitude with a quick learning curve for new platforms.
• Ownership mindset – able to work independently and drive outcomes without constant supervision.
• Experience delivering onboarding sessions or customer training.
