Merchant Operations Manager

About the role

As the Merchant Operations Manager for Argentina, you will drive merchant growth and operational excellence across the market. Working closely with Territory, Commercial and cross‑functional teams, you will design scalable tools and processes that enable merchants to deliver seamless experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute programs that accelerate same‑store demand growth, covering ads, offers, membership, menu optimization and storefront quality.
• Build playbooks, toolkits and operational processes to ensure consistent execution across the market.
• Monitor performance metrics such as demand, bookings, ROI, conversion and retention, turning insights into actionable initiatives.
• Develop SQL queries, dashboards and analytical resources for Account Managers and Sales teams.
• Identify and resolve operational, customer or technical issues, escalating when necessary.
• Partner with Commercial, Product Operations, Central Operations and regional teams to launch high‑impact initiatives.
• Continuously optimize workflows, measure results and scale successful programs regionally.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in merchant operations, strategy, consulting, technology or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a data‑driven decision‑making approach.
• Proven experience using data to generate insights, prioritize opportunities and influence strategy.
• Excellent project‑management skills and ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives from strategy to execution.
