Medical Science Liaison – Pipeline Specialties

About the role

You will act as a trusted scientific partner for healthcare professionals, investigators and internal teams across Argentina. The role focuses on sharing balanced, evidence‑based medical information, gathering clinical insights, and supporting clinical research for assets under development.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain scientific relationships with principal investigators and study teams.
• Identify enrollment and retention barriers and work with sites to implement solutions.
• Support feasibility, site identification, prioritisation and selection activities.
• Develop new and existing investigational sites by addressing capability gaps.
• Position the company as a preferred partner for clinical research.
• Facilitate scientific exchange on protocols, disease landscape and unmet needs.
• Deliver balanced scientific exchange in face‑to‑face and virtual settings.
• Provide scientific education and training to internal colleagues, including field teams.
• Represent the medical function at scientific meetings and congresses in compliance with policies and regulations.

Required profile

• Degree in a health or life‑sciences discipline (medicine, pharmacy, nursing, biology, physiotherapy, etc.).
• Experience as a Medical Science Liaison or in clinical research/clinical operations.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and recruitment dynamics.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with investigators.
• Excellent scientific communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Fluency in Spanish and working knowledge of English.
• Full‑time availability and willingness to travel across Argentina.
